I would love to detail today's events, but I am crashing so quickly. Today my friend Lauren and I drove from Providence to New Jersey to visit friends who moved here 1.5 years ago. Our commute was delayed due to both NYC traffic and construction, yet the six hours flew by because we had such amazing conversation....everything from Greek music to how God is moving in our lives.
And then we arrived to Princeton where we were greeted by two of the greatest humans on the planet, David and Elizabeth. Their house is lovely; their neighborhood is lovely; their welcome to us was lovely. The dinner--it was like being a kid again, having a real (non-sweet-potato-nacho) homemade dinner--the wine, the company, the stories: everything overflowed in abundance. It was such a sweet reunion.
To top it off, we all got to celebrate together God's mercy and God's goodness. It was a night worthy of rejoicing!
