Breakfast and Wine (but not together)
I taught at the gym this morning (and there were people!) and when I came home, I had the best breakfast ever.
It’s my standard breakfast (berries n’ silk <—oh my gosh, I just now got it! Soy+Milk=Silk. The brand name! Wow, I’m oblivious.) with Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with coconut oil and cashew butter.
I SOUND LIKE SUCH A MILLENIAL.
The point is that I eat this probably five days a week, but I love it every time, and today it was especially welcomed and delicious.
Second, I had a long day and left work around 6:45pm, and as I was walking home I remembered that the wine store down the street from my office has free tastings on Thursday nights. Why yes, I think I DO deserve wine, thank you!
So I detoured. I had good wine, fun snacks, met some nice people, and went home feeling warmer in the cold night than before.
